What To Expect
Typically we spend the first few sessions discussing what brought you into counseling, building a therapeutic relationship and setting your goals. During the initial phase, we will discuss and design a plan moving forward, creating a customized road map for our therapeutic process. Therapy can be time-limited, or an on-going process of deep personal healing and growth. We will work directly with you to determine the amount and frequency of therapy sessions to best meet your schedule and progress. Counseling typically continues until you believe you have met your goals and have developed new skills. No matter what brings you into therapy, most people walk away feeling more confident, positive, and hopeful for their future and we hope you will feel the same.
