Danielle Bergeron Ingram, M.S. (owner & lead psychologist)
Hi, I am Danielle, a Licensed Psychologist-Master’s and owner of Green Mountain Psychological Associates, P.C. I specialize in helping women and men navigate life transitions, self-esteem struggles and relationship challenges. I enjoy empowering others to develop problem solving skills, more effectively manage stress, overcome self-doubt, self-criticism and move beyond perfectionism.
Green Mountain Psychological Associates, P.C. has been a life-long dream of mine that came to fruition in 2016. My goal was to create a safe space where individuals can find strength and freedom from their struggles and learn to live their best lives.
My counseling style is collaborative, engaging and conversational. I will meet you where you are at and support you in overcoming your challenges. I draw upon solution-focused, cognitive behavioral and EMDR techniques. I treat a number of daily struggles including managing stress, anxiety, self-esteem issues and more. I also have extensive experience conducting psychological testing and evaluations.

I have more than 20 years of experience in the human service and education fields and hold Masters degrees in both Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Higher Education Administration.
I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can express yourself openly. Together we will work on where you struggle most to explore new perspectives and discover coping skills to make positive changes in your life. Hello! I’m Sarah Hampton, a Rostered Psychotherapist with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology. I am working toward my licensure as a Psychologist-Master. I have experience working with children and teens in early intervention, clinical and school settings. I especially enjoy helping adolescents and young adults overcome adversity, stress, anxiety, and depression so they can reach their full potential. I also support adults who are experiencing anxiety and self-esteem issues and individuals navigating various stressors and life transitions. I have a special interest in neurodiversity, invisible disabilities and/or chronic medical conditions, navigating parenting challenges, and incorporating my passion for art into the healing process.
My therapeutic approach is from a psychodynamic perspective, where together we will explore how the past may influence your psychological wellness. We’ll also identify patterns and themes that aren’t serving you well here in the present and we will set achievable goals that allow you to access your true self. I utilize a person-centered approach and humanistic framework that focuses on your strengths and builds your self-confidence. We all do well when we can be strong, and I would love to help you not only do well in your life, but to thrive in your life.

I am a Psychologist-Master with thirty plus years of practice, providing both telehealth and in-person therapy. I work with adults, young adults, couples, and families. I see my role as an active partner to assist you in recognizing and overcoming the obstacles preventing you from living a fulfilling and satisfying life. Some of the issues I focus on include anxiety and depression; trauma and loss; relationship conflict, and stress management.
